Disable memory.dmp from sld

In Start->Settings->Control Panel ->System->Startup and recovery, it is
possible to set the memory.dmp file to none.
Is it possible to set it in the sld file?

Is it also possible to set the performance settings in the sld to "Adjust
for best Performance"?
