Is there a way to prevent all users from disabling the Local Area
connection? I'm having problems with a few users who need
administrative rights on a machine abusing and constantly disabling
their ethernet adapters. Is there a way I can disable this feature?
Or script to constantly re-enable it?

You cannot prevent your admins from messing up the network connection.
As they are admins they are allowed to do _everything_ with their
machines. A script is not *that* sufficient, as scripts only get applied
on startup/logons. You'd have to do something like a scheduled task.

But I'd recommend to teach your users or try to take away their admin
rights - and make them run as users. Maybe looking for a solution to
have them with non-admin rights is easier than tricking around with LAN
connection enabling...
