You cannot prevent your admins from messing up the network connection.
As they are admins they are allowed to do _everything_ with their
machines. A script is not *that* sufficient, as scripts only get applied
on startup/logons. You'd have to do something like a scheduled task.
Anyway, here's a script that enables/disables the LAN connection:

But I'd recommend to teach your users or try to take away their admin
rights - and make them run as users. Maybe looking for a solution to
have them with non-admin rights is easier than tricking around with LAN
connection enabling...
