Disable "LegalNotice"?

I have several computers set for "auto-logon" in
a "private" partition using KB 315231. This works great,
except ...

The "LegalNoticeCaption" and LegalNoticeText" Dialog Box
still comes up, requiring a user interaction.

I can blank or rename or delete these key values and it
works OK of 1 logon, then they are back.

Anyone know of a fix?
