My primary server had a lots of zones (none large that 10kb) the problem is
that every time that I remove/change a record, the secondary servers keep
the old one. Example if I add another mx por a domain and delete the old
one, the secondary server keep both entries. I play with scavenger record
think without luck (I want inmediate removal, not record scavenger after 7
days). So I want to force my server to only acept AXFR zone tranfers (whole
zone) and disable IFXR (incremental zone tranfers).

I have never experienced that problem and I don't believe that you can disable IFXR.
You might try shortening the default refresh interval in the SOA for each zone to be
less than 15 minutes and add the secondary to the "notify" list for each zone. You
may also want to post in the win2000.dns newsgroups as there are some really helpful
and knowledgeable people about dns there . --- Steve
