I am looking for a program that will allow me to disable the Internet
Options dialog. I have done a Google search and have come up empty handed.
I did find a reg hack, but I would prefer a program. I have an older free
version of WINner Tweak that says it may do the trick, but it will not load
on Windows ME.
TIA

Not sure exactly what you want but spybot has a function to restrict
access to the internet options. (doesnt work using some shell browsers

Perhaps it was one of these you missed or found:

Internet Explorer Control Panel Restrictions (Part 1)

Internet Explorer Control Panel Restrictions (Part 2)

Xteq Systems X-Setup <http://www.xteq.com/products/xset/index.html>,
is good, and one of the plug-ins is called 'Internet Options dialog
restrictions' and is found in the tree under Internet > Internet
Explorer > System (on this OS, anyway, dunno about ME).

It's also here, btw:

I missed this program completely. I looked at Pricelessware.org, but only
checked the Internet section. Thank you very much.

It does the trick if you access Internet Options from the Tools menu of
IE. One can still access the dialog via the Control Panel. I do apreciate
the suggestion. Thank you.
