I am using Internet Explorer and I don't want to allow anybody to
access/modify privacy setting in Internet Options; but I could not find the
option to Disable/Hide Privacy Tab of Internet Options. Please help me to
find it out.

This can be done either through the Group Policy or through the registry
edit.
Please go through the following links:-

S.Sengupta -- might those links show me how to access my "internet options"?
I don't know if SP 2 did anything, and I may not have watched closely, but I
cannot now access my "internet options." I get a message that it is
restricted and only the system administrator can do anything. Since this is
my home computer (although connected to a laptop that uses Win ME and it has
access), I need to find how to act as the system administrator.

Hi

Thanks all for the involvment in this query
Thank you Mr. S.Sengupta

I tried all the tweaks specified in
http://www.winguides.com/registry/display.php/797/
http://www.regxplor.com/tweak15.html

but the tweaks are contradictory as in one it is telling type 1 to disable
it and in other it is telling type 0 to disable it.
I have tried both values but I could not Disable/Hide the Privacy Tab
I can Disable/Hide all other tabs using GPEDIT.MSC
but to Disable/Hide the Privacy Tab there is NO Option

Expecting some more answers
Thank you again;
Regards
Anil

If you find problem then try through Group policy.I have just worked on
my system and it's working fine.
How are you doing that?Log on as the Administrator.
Start>Run>gpedit.msc>Ok
Now click on Administrative Templates>Double Click on Windows
Components(in the right pane)>Double Click on Internet Explorer>Double
Click on Internet Components>Right Click on Disable the Privacy
page>Properties>Under Settings select Enabled>Ok/Apply>Restrat the system.

Hello Mr. S.Sengupta

I have tried using gpedit.msc - the same procedure as you specified, but I
am getting only the following options in that list

Local Computer Policy > User Configuration > Administrative Templates >
Windows Components > Internet Explorer > Internet Control Panel ...
Disable the General page Not configured
Disable the Security page Enabled
Disable the Content page Enabled
Disable the Connections page Enabled
Disable the Programs page Enabled
Disable the Advanced page Enabled

The above setting disables all pages except General_Page as I have specified
so; but since the options as expected i.e. "Disable the Privacy page" not
exist in this list I could not disable it.

Is it mean; Is there any problem in the Group Policy List on my machine? If
yes what is the problem & solution and If no what may be the causes behind it.

Thanks & Regards
Anil

Hello Mr. S.Sengupta

as per my last message I could not complete the procedure said by you since
i could not get the option "Disable the Privacy page" in GPEDIT.MSC;

But after frequent tryout i found that this option displays in GPEDIT.MSC
only after i install WinXP SP2. which completes my query.

thank you very much Mr. S.Sengupta
thanks all

regards
Anil
