Disable Hardware Access For Specif Users?

You can disable the usb ports through control panel but
this disables them fullstop, you can't disable them just
for webcams or other hardware it's all or nothing dude

I'm sorry for replying via e-mail, however, the post has sort of been
outdated now. I don't want to disable it for a specific piece of hardware,
disabling access to the USB port would be fine. How do I do this?
