How to Disable FTP Password Cache

-I have 2 separate websites being built in Front Page
-They are going to the same FTP address, however they require 2 different
logins (ie. one for each)
-After loading the first - and publishing it - I load the 2nd one and
publish it - but it defaults to the previous Username and Password without
prompting for a new one - therefore uploading to the previous sites Directory
-the server does not allow the UN to be built into the FTP address - it must
be entered

FP can't be used to publish in this case, use a 3rd party FTP application.
