I have a few computers on a Domain. Some of them have the Firewall off and
some of then on and I cannot disable it as it is blured out. I already tried
the command netsh frewall opmode disable but that doesn't do it is well. How
can I disable the firewall.

Thanks

This should be controlled via group policy (and it sounds like it is).
Whomever manages the domain should be able to do this. In a domain you
should do everything possible from the central servers.

That said, I suggest you leave the firewalls enabled on all domain
workstations - you can set exceptions (via GPO as well) for any ports you
need to open/expose, and from what subnet(s).

You can get a shell as administrators on those computers??
net stop sharedaccess
