When I send a file containing macros to another computer it prompts
the user to search for link updates if they have Excel on their
computer. I would like to disable this prompt since nothing my file
contains needs to be updated. (However, it is possible one of my
file's worksheets will require the updating feature in the future, but
not now.) Is there a macro that will accomplish this? Thanks.

I would convert the formulas to values and share that version of the workbook.

You could convert all the formulas or if it's important, just the cells that
contain UDFs that are in your other workbook/addin.
