My server is still restarting every time I try to shut it down. When I was
discussing this with a friend, he referred me to the KB to read the articles
about how to disable the Fast Shutdown option. Only problem is, I can't find
a version of the article that applies to 2003. Everything I find so far
refers to Win98, and to either an option in MSConfig or a registry key that
2003 does not have.
Anybody know whether the "Disable Fast Shutdown" option exists in 2003, and
if so, where I need to go to find it?
