I want to disable the user ability to press F8 during startup and so the
Advanced startup options screen.

In Windows XP I did this via a new NTLDR but what is the way to go on
Windows Vista?

Just wondering if anyone has tried it and/or has any other alternative
solution to disabling safe mode -- hopefully not involving breaking the
hardware or removing/hacking OS files and features.
