I must secure Internet Explorer in order to avoid that
users can browse on an another web site that the home
page.
I blocked all Internet but I can't disable Explorer bar
in which we can search a web site and we can browse to an
another web site from History.

In all cases, I must disable History and Search options
on View menu - Explorer Bar.
