When I open a folder which contains email then these emails are often grouped by days.
Ok, for this particular folder I can right click and de-select "grouping" context menu entry.

But how can I disable this "feature" for ALL folders simultaneously ?
Default should be NO GROUPING

That is not possible. You need to do that for every single folder. But
you may use [1] that does it for you. The tool is in in german, but I
don't know an english equivalent.

(Do you think you cross-posted to enough irrelevant groups?)

After furious head scratching, Joe deAngelo asked:

The default is that Arrange by | Show in groups is ON.

Does it stay that way for you when you change it for a folder? (it should).
