Disable Dial-up Connection Properties

We are setting up several laptops running WinXP Pro. The
users will be dialing into our network, but we don't want
them to change the dial-up connection properties.

I know we can save the user name and password to be used
by all users. Under properties, we deselect the ability
to see the user name and password to prevent the users
from changing this info. Users will need access to the
the phone number in case the need to add 8 or 9 when
dialing out. However, users can still access properties
and change our selections.

How can we disable access to the properties?
