How to disable the default action with Autorun.inf when double click a drive

Dear all, I was really puzzled by this subject these days...there is the GPO setting to disable the "Autoplay" function, however, it just suppresses the auto launch of application when you insert a CD/USB drive/Floppy, yup, something like holding the "Shift" key. What I would like to achieve is that, even there is the Autorun.inf and specified application in a drive, it will not be launched while I double click to open that drive, to stick the default action of double click a drive to be "Open" or "Explore", but not "AutoPlay"...
