Disable copy and print command

I am using excel 2000 i have created an excel sheet which i don't what to be
copied or printed. can u pls suggest me an effective solution for this.

No.

Don't share it with anyone you think may share it or print it.

Any solution that you get here would depend on macros (I bet). And macros can
be disabled.

Excel's protection isn't made to protect intellectual property.

You can make bullet-proof security. You can prevent honest folk from
performing some actions. I am not sure about disabling copy but, there is
code on the following link to prevent printing.

Would publishing results in PDF solve your problem?
