How about 2 profiles - one for caching, one for use on hotdesk. Create a
shortcut for the user, using the /profile switch to set the hotdesk profile.
The profiles can be identical with the exception of caching - copy the
current profile, remove caching from it and name it hotdesk. User just has
to remember to pick the hotdesk profile when using the hotdesk.
