In that case, I suspect that it can't be done. Windows Explorer and
Internet Explorer are really two different views of the same program, like
the same clown with two different masks. I've had problems before with
processes being unable to distinguish them. On my own system I've
supplied parameters to the shortcuts to Windows Explorer, and when I use
them, the title bar always contains "{folder name} - Microsoft Internet
Explorer."
