I'm presuming you mean the Temporary Internet Files. If
so, open Internet Explorer then click Tools | Internt
Options. Click the Settings button. Set the size for
temporary internet files to 0. Click Ok to save the settings.

Make sure you also delete any current files and cookies first.

If I enter 0, it will has a pop up dialog saying "please enter a value
between 1 and 9083 for how much disk space temporary intenet files may use."

Then 1 is apparently as small as you can go. Set it to one
and just remember to delete all your files and cookies
every time you log off.

There may be a regisry key you can alter but I'm not
familiar with that method.

This is just another 'feature' you may have to live with.

Tools, Internet Options, Advanced, put a check in "Empty Temporary
Internet files folder when browser is closed"
