I am impressed with Microsoft AntiSpyWare but I need to
disable AutoProtect at Startup because it causes printing
from several non-microsoft products to be very very very
slow. And yes, I changed the preferences under Settings
Realtime Protection both boxes are unchecked but it starts
up as Enabled anyway.

You need to disable the startup item gcasDtServ.exe, using the startup tab
in MSCONFIG, or by directly editing the registry. This is a bug, and I
would expect to see improvement in another beta release.
