Hello,

I've got XPe on HP terminal and my problem is that I cannot log on to it as
an
Administrator.

When XP starts up it automatically loads the "pre-selected" restricted user
profile.
What is more, when I simply choose "Log Off" the XPe starts to Logging Off,
but
in the moment where I should see the standard logon screen instead of this,
it automatically immediately starts to load.

Did you encountered such problem as I? Maybe someone have the idea what
to do with XPe on that terminal... it had been attacked by adware and I have
no way to clean it up with restricted user rights.

regards,
Piotr Garczynski

Did you try to keep left shift hold during logon ? That should stop
autologon process.

Hello Piotr,

you can try to use a tool from SysInternal called "AutoLogon" to enable or
disable AutoLogon.
Here is the link: http://www.sysinternals.com/Utilities/Autologon.html
It also should work with Windows XP and Windows XPembedded.

regards,
Mike
