Disable all X-vnc connection...How?

How can I block any connnection to my computer through x-vnc?
What service use it? I can disable it?

Configure your firewall so it doesnt allow traffic on port 5800 / 5900.
(VNC port)
Also if it is possible, block port 22 (ssh, they can tunnel through
that)
