I have disabled the shortcuts in the menu.
I have disabled the CTRL-ENTER and ALT-S in registry
I have tested that these keys are disabled

But STILL when I type a message on my laptop, suddenly in the middle
of a line the cursor jumps to "Send" and the message is send :-(

What else could cause this. It's got to be some key that is pressed
(my keyboard can send some keys when I lean on it).

But what key. I have disabled the shotcuts, so what could it be?

Look at your mouse settings for a "jump to" active box setting. Do not press
Enter when typing a message. Uncheck "send immediately" in your email
options. Instead set mail polling for every 10-15 minutes or more so you have
a chance to retrieve mail from the Outbox.

No such setting (Move to default button is not checked)

Easier said than done, my Dell for some reason press some keys when
you touch the case on each side of the touch-pad (that is OFF btw).

But the key pressed is not ENTER, and not CTRL-ENTER (that is
disabled, and I tested, does not send the message, neither ALT-S).

Can that be done when connected to an Exchange server?
