disable advertisement shortcuts

Hi all,

I would like to disable the advertisement shortcuts, but I am not sure
if I should do this. I mean my product will be deployed in companies
where the system administrator will deploy it on all machines.
I read in Phil Wilson's book: "A managed application is one that an
administrator has "blessed" in some way. An administrator can bless a
package by advertising [...]"

Is correct when I say: if I disable advertisement shortcuts I actually
cut off one way that an administartor might use for deploying the
package?
