Disable add new printer popup wizard

How can i disable complete the add new printer
wizard poup for new plug in printer??
is thre a way to stop it for all printers?

How about completing the installation of the printer
drivers?

no, that is not the case .
i need as part of security disable the
ablilty of normal user to add new printer,
and therfore disable the wizard.
i did not found any gpo or reg setting to disable
the popup wizard.

OK. My mis-interpretation of the question. In this case,
take a look at Local Security Policies in Administrative
Tools. There should be an option to excluse the use of the
add printer applet. In other words, it would be a local
security policy issue.
