Hi

Could someone please tell me how to block a power user
from browsing network places i.e. hide the icon from
desktop and win explorer.

And also how to block the user from using the run command?

Thankyou

Jon

There is no Poledit for W2k you have to use the mmc console and add a group policy add it. Go to the knowledge base and search for group policy and or Microsoft Management Colsole (mmc) for more information. Here you can disable the run command and network but be careful you might end up locking yourself out.
