XP Fax Console WinXPpro+SP1. I have 3 area codes in my local area that I must
NOT dial a "1" before dialing. How do I disable the FAX from inserting a "1"?

Create an appropriate dialing rule.
Windows XP Fax service will not process dialing rules unless the phone
number to which you are sending the fax is in "international format."
