DirectX9 and other components

DirectX 9 has been requested before, along with other features components.
You may want to search to see a previous MS response.

So to help track these components in the future, here are the top three
component requests (in no particular order):

1. DirectX 9
2. .NET 1.1
3. MSDE

Any thing else?

and no I am not working on them. Microsoft has replied to the NG that they
are working on these components.

DirectX 9
..NET 1.1
MSDE
