Why were you messing around in the Registry to begin with?

Do you have an available Restore Point which predates your messing around?

I agree with PA Bear in what he asks about tampering with the registry.
Don't make it worse by using a Kelly's registry key that imports unnecessary
registry keys from her dirty registry

If you're using an older version then replace it with the latest one. That
will detect previous version & upgrade the files from there. Here's the
August 2009 Redistributable:

It's because i am facing error while i want to start my game, it gave me
error after i reformat my computer, so i search for guide to fix the error,
most of them said uninstall and re-install back a newer/latest version of
DirectX, the problem is, how do i uninstall DirectX, i can't find it through
Add or Remove, what i can delete is only the setup, so i seek for another
guide to delete the DirectX. That's why so many problem came out...-_-"

I am not using any DirectX, in dxdiag from Run command, the DirectX version
is Not found. So it can't really mean "REPLACE".

The DirectX SDK August 2009 does not work, after downloading, i start setup,
when the setup finishes, the error says Aninternal system error occured.
Please refer to DXError.log and DirectX.log in your windows folder to
determine problem. Installation failed.

Well did you do what the message said and looked at the log files? If
so, what did you find?

Why do you say 'her dirty registry'? She has fixed many many problems.
