Reported to ATI that MS auto update of Directx 9b has
disabled TV tuner selection of a TV channel. Had ATI
runaround of standard responses for 2 days before they
finally agreed it is a problem. They then claimed
Microsoft has been told and it is for Microsoft to fix.
From my own file review looks like the five ks*.* files
Directx 9b replaces seems to be the culprit.

Anyone know how to ensure this is progressed in a
reasonable time.

I am running an ATI Radon All-In-Wonder with 9b and have no problems. We may
not have the same card or drivers, but I didn't have to do anything to get
9b to run - just installed it and everything OK.
