I have a shared folder on my network of 2 computers, "\\computer2\sharedocs"
that has sharing set to read and write both. When I use new
DirectoryInfo("\\computer2\sharedocs"), I get the value of 17 returned which
has the "1" bit set indicating that it is ReadOnly. Why is this and how can
I determine if the shared directory is being shared as a readonly or
read/write?
