Directories - Can These be deleted?

's Computer Specifications

I have quite a number of directories that have inaccessable files. Can these
be deleted.

They all seem to have files for IE,

4c438c4bc86f1c2c8d6364786d
6c4fea701377d079b56420bd97
etc.

The all hold 11-45mb of files and are in the C: drive root.

Yes, they are only temporary install folders that normally are deleted
anyway.
