I have been playing the downloaded version of Mahjong Eternity Towers for a
few months. Started to have problems on our old computer and got lots of
error messages. Just got a new computer and played for a couple of days and
all was great. Now I'm getting a totally different type of error message.
When loading an error message comes up that reads "Mahjong Eternity Towers
has encountered a problem. Please make sure you have the latest version of
the game." I click OK, and then this error message comes up: "Director
Player Error: Index out of range." I can't seem to find any troubleshooting
info that matches this problem, although I did read two previous message
threads regarding Director Player Error which suggested uninstalling and
reinstalling Shockwave, which I did, but am still getting the same error
message. Can anyone help me with this??? I LOVE this game and don't want to
stop playing!

Hi kismet,

Since reinstalling Shockwave didn't resolve the issue, I suspected
that it might have been caused by a server issue and contact BFG.

Jennifer at Big Fish Games confirmed that it was a server issue:

"Greetings,

Our servers were temporarily disabled. We've located the source of the
problem and have fixed it. If you try again, you should find everything
working fine. If you are still having trouble, you may need to restart your
computer.

Regards,
