Using IE6 and OE6 with WinXP home. I recently changed ISP's and now my
computer hangs at shutdown. I get a "program is not responding...cannot
close" error msg titled "DirectDBNotifyWndproc" at shutdown and have to
manually close popup box and then the shutdown proceeds. Does anyone know a

That error indicates that a program that is running is having problems being
shut down by Windows. See the
"PROGRAMS HANG / BECOME UNRESPONSIVE" section of the page above.
