DirectCD Driver

I have an error message at boot up on a this computer saying that "a driver
is installed that causes stability problems with you system". It goes on to
say that the driver will be disabled.

The driver is for Roxio DirectCD. I have searched All Programs, Add Remove
Programs, Windows Explorer, the Registry and all entries available under
Msconfig and Administative Tools and can find no trace of DirectCD or Roxio.

Additionally the user has never knowingly installed DirectCd as, when I
built the PC for him, I installed Nero and he uses nothing else.

Can anyone offer a solution to this weird mystery please?

Keith Willcocks (for Ken Radley)
