Your display driver on the graphics card (per your information) is way out
of date. The 30.82 version was perhaps a year ago. I would download the
latest WHQL-certified driver from the Nvidia web site and specifically
follow their instructions for installation.

I am having problems with DirectX 9,0b freezing. In
dxdiag's directx display tests (the spinning cube),

I have tried every availabe Nvidia Driver but still
nothing seems to work,
