i have been using DXDIAG program, the prompt error message is "Netmeeting is
running, Direct 3D hardware acceleration may not work until Netmeeting is
shut down", after seeing this prompt message, i have logged off Netmeeting,
but DXDIAG show the same message. i have later uninstalled Netmeeting, but
the error message still there.
i also have problem with my display of program icons on the desktop, may of
them are 16 colors, i think this might be some affect by the Direct 3D
problem.
installed graphics driver many times, but still the same.
can you please help?
