Hello, I am trying to install a game (F.E.A.R) on my pc. When I run the
program a message pops up saying that I need to instal direct x9c (or it will
stop the insalling the game); however I have windows vista and my pc runs
direct x10 . Should I install the program and install direct x9c, or will it
overwright direct x10?

Hi Matt 91,

You should install DX9c. It will not overwrite DX10, rather it will sit
along side and be used when necessary. However, do not install it from the
disk, but download it direct from Microsoft (link given below).
