Where/How does someone get direct support from Microsoft for the
PocketPC/WindowsMobile OS??

There is a problem with how it connects (and then doesn't) (and then does,
maybe) to SQLservers. Multiple devices, running same program, same
settings - some connect, some do sometimes, others do not.

Can ping devices. Devices can ping PCs (sqlservers). QA and EM can access
the SQLservers locally and to the other SQLservers.

The pocket pc devices are flakey - and its become a support nightmare.

Please, if anyone is experiencing the same confusing issues, please let me
know.

And how does one reach Microsoft directly to ask for support on these
things?? This is getting frustrating!
