Direct serial connect with Remote Desktop

Hi!

I'm trying to connect directly two PC with Windows XP Pro.
I need to link them through serial port (COM1) and use Remote Desktop
on it.

I used an RS-232 NULLMODEM cable and each PC sees the other in
HyperTerminal.

I tried to setup a Direct Connection with the Windows Network Wizard
but it doesn't work... I don't know how to configure it.

Could anyone please help me?
