Direct entering with no login

Hi:

All of a sudden, remote users are not able to login to my application
server. I am working with tarantella which is installed in a different server
not in the application one. The problem is some users enter directly to the
application without login.

I have checked my two servers but i can not find where the problem could be.

Please i `d appreciatte some nice help.
