Currently, I am using exchange server 2000 standard version and
office/outlook 2000 standard version.

I want to setup the direct booking of the meeting rooms. Do I need to setup
like the Microsoft KB Q196534 mentioned: "only apply if you have installed
Outlook with the Corporate Workgroup/Other option." If yes, where can I find
the option? I have tried to reinstall my office/outlook 2000 standard
version. But it didn't ask me the option?

Please help.

You will need to use the option to reconfigure mail support - it is under
Tools->Options->Mail services IIRC (been a while since I used Outlook 2000)
