I've been working with direct booking of resources in Outlook and it
has been working great. The question I have is whether or not it is
possible for Outlook to autoreply with a predefined message from a
resource. What I want is for a user to book a resource by using the
"Resources" field when sending a meeting request and once it's booked,
Outlook will send a reply message to the originator. I want to do this
because 20 out of the 200 conference rooms have special instructions
that users will need to follow. I've gotten a rule to work where a
message is sent, but the conference room needs to be added to the
Required and Resources fields. Basically, it only replies when it's in
the Required field. This would defeat the purpose of the auto message
because users wouldn't know when to add the resource in the Required
field. Any ideas? Thanks
