direct access to outlook express folders from outlook

How can I get direct access to Outlook Express folders from Outlook 2003 so
that the messages from Outlook Express folders could be copied to Outlook
2003 folders directly as this can be done between Outlook 2003 folders. This
is necessary because if the messages are imported from Outlook Express to
Outlook 2003 they do not preserve their date and time but change it to the
time of importing.
