How to direct access HD

Hi all !

I would like to directly access to my Compact Flash card.
I'm looking for a method where I can put the address where I wanna write,
and the value to write.
Similary, I would like to find a method to read a value at a given address.

Does anybody know if these methods exist ?
Do you know other ways to do the same ?
