The title in the titlebar of IE is dictated by the site, not by you. For
example, when visiting Intel's web site, "Intel" will appear in the
titlebar. Why? Because the HTML code for the page has:
<head>
<title>Intel</title>
....
</head>
So the site is dictating what string gets put in for the title of their
site. If you want to see the full URL, look in the Address bar.
Read
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/176497/en-us. It describes what you
can change in the titlebar of IE. You get to change the *product* title.
The *page* title is still dictated by the web page's HTML code.
