I'm been using Roxio EMC8 to convert my old LP albums to digital format. Once
converted to wma files I use the find album info to obtain the proper data.
If the data doesn't match my info, then I use a digital photo of the front of
the actual album and placed them in a folder called "Album Info". I also
been using a OCR to obtain the albums note and placed this info in a Word
Document which is also in the "Album info" folder. The "Album Info" folder is
located in the Folder that contains the Music for that album. I then choose
the picture I took for that Album. Recently I notice that the wrong picture
is appearing on many of my albums. For example, I digitize the prog rock
group Nektar"Remember the Future". I did get the right info on line
initially, but today I noticed that this picture is appearing on over 20
albums that are classical, as well as rock. If makes no sense whatsoever that
the picture that was there has been replaced. How do I get picture that I
choose to stay with album?
Also I notice that in several cases that the info online is not correct. I
digitized an old Judy Collins album that has 24 tracks. The online info shows
all the right info except it is missing one track. How does one correct this
info? I tried but since it was track 1 that was missing from the online
service I had to retype EVERY track while editting the info. There must be
some means to add a missing track without having to re-enter all of them. And
finally, because I been doing some classical albums, to save from a lot of
typing I simply say track "a", "b", "c", etc. when obtaining info online the
media player library data gets updated properly with all the right titles,
composers, etc. But the original files are still "a", "b", "c". How do I use
the updated info to overwrite the file in "my Music" folder? As always I
