Good Day,
We have a requirement to enforce all users to digitally sign any
message that has an attachment or hyperlink. The requirement goes on to say
that you can enforce all users to digitally sign messages as long as tehy can
unselect the Digital Sign button when they make a new message which precludes
the use of the GPO to enforce the use of digitally signed messages. Does
anyone know of a way to enforce to this granularity or to enforce all users
to digital sign messages but still provide the option to delect the Digital
sign button if they want? Maybe a third party tool....
Thanks for any help.

I suggest progressive discipline - and enforce it. IF you give them a choice, users will use it.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. All
unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without
reading.

After furious head scratching, MCARRW asked:

Thanks Milly, it is my stance to but this is an Army requirement and when
they say they want the users to be able to uncheck the digital sign button
that is what they mean... It is an impossible requirement to hold up to
without outside aid somewhere. I'll let you knwo if I find something suitable.
