Digital Video Card Failed on Windows Update.

I have just installed a new PC running XP.
It has a NVIDIA Quadro NVS with AGPX8 graphics card with
digital and analog outputs.
After I installed the latest Windows Updates and
rebooted, the digital output from the graphics card
failed. I get a black screen - nothing even during
booting.
The analog output is OK.

Any ideas how to fix this?
